What does the ₪1,000 annual care plan include?
For one website built by SITEORBIT, within the agreed usage limits. You can contact Vladimir about any website problem.
Included in the plan
- Hosting, a database and registration or renewal of one standard domain. Premium domains are quoted separately.
- Keeping HTTPS working and necessary technical updates to components and security settings.
- Website and data backups, with restoration from an available backup. Backup frequency and retention are agreed during setup.
- Website availability monitoring with failure alerts.
- Diagnosis and repair of technical faults in the agreed website features: forms, bookings, orders, sign-in and display.
- Help using your website: how to update prices, add a service or edit information yourself.
Quoted separately
- New pages, features, languages and design changes. Content edits on your behalf after the first 100 days; the initial help described below applies during those 100 days.
- Payment fees, SMS, AI and other paid external services; resources beyond the agreed usage limits.
- Substantial integration changes when an external service changes; recovery after third-party modifications is assessed separately.
Backups and monitoring are configured and checked when the care plan is activated. Before the service period, we agree the domain, limits, fault-handling process and renewal terms. We respond no later than the next business day. This is not a promise of round-the-clock staffing.
If an external provider fails, we investigate and help restore service. The provider controls how long its outage takes to resolve. A completely unavailable website takes priority; response time and resolution time are different.
The 100 days of free correction of our development errors and help with small edits to existing content apply whether or not you buy the plan. The care plan provides technical help throughout the paid year.
What is covered during the first 100 days?
- We fix errors in our development and setup at no charge when they cause agreed website features to work incorrectly.
- The period is 100 calendar days from the agreed date of launch and handover to the client.
- If an error is reported during this period, fixing it remains free even if the work is completed later.
- During the first 100 days, we also help with small text, photo and price edits if you cannot yet make them yourself. This covers existing content; creating new materials and ongoing content management are agreed separately.
- New pages, features, changes to the agreed design and new requests are estimated separately.
- Problems caused by changes made by the client or another specialist, or by failures or changes in external services, are considered separately. Errors in our initial connection setup are covered by free correction.

My industry is not shown. Can I still get a website?
Yes. Examples show capabilities. Tell us what you do and what your site should achieve; we will suggest a foundation.
Can the design be changed?
Yes. Colors, photos, text and structure are tailored to your business. Major changes are estimated before work starts.
How is the price calculated?
The price depends on pages and content, languages, design, bookings, orders, accounts and integrations. We agree the scope, total price and recurring costs before work starts. You can share a budget and discuss what matters for launch and what can wait. Asking carries no obligation.
What happens after I send my project?
We discuss your brief, materials, timeline, price, revisions and handover. Sending an enquiry creates no commitment.
I’m not sure what I need. Where do I start?
Tell Vladimir what you do and what you want to make easier: explaining services, receiving enquiries, taking bookings or accepting orders. You do not need to choose features or a design first. Start with a question on WhatsApp or in the form below.
How long does a website take?
Timing depends on the scope, available text and photos, languages and integrations. We agree the schedule and stages before work starts. If you have a launch date in mind, mention it at the start so we can check what is realistic.
Can you help with my existing website?
Send the link and explain what is not working for you. We will first review what can stay and what needs to change. Changes, content transfer and preserving page URLs depend on the existing site and are agreed after review.
Who provides the text, photos and translations?
You can start with finished content, some materials or just an idea. We will identify what is missing. Copy, translations, photography and a logo are not automatically included; we agree who provides them, the scope and the cost.
What about website ownership, the domain and access?
Before work starts, we agree the handover: rights to the site and code, administration and hosting access, domain registration and renewal responsibility. These depend on the solution and third-party licences. The proposal should list exactly what you receive.
Can I update the site myself? What happens after launch?
If you need to change services, prices, photos or text, we include the relevant editing tools in the agreed scope and show you how to use them. Errors in our development and setup are covered for 100 days under the After launch terms. New work and maintenance are agreed separately, with no mandatory subscription.
Will the website work on phones and in multiple languages?
We adapt the website for phones and computers. For businesses in Israel, we can include Hebrew, Russian and English, with right-to-left layouts for Hebrew. We agree the languages, translations and checks your audience needs.
Are there ongoing costs? Is Google promotion included?
An optional ₪1,000 annual plan covers a SITEORBIT website: hosting, a database, a standard domain, backups, availability monitoring and technical fault fixes. No VAT is added on top. See After launch for the terms. New features and paid external services are quoted separately. For the first 100 days, we help with small edits to existing content if you cannot yet make them yourself; after that, these edits are quoted separately. We clarify which costs apply before work starts. Preparing a website for search and ongoing promotion are different tasks; the SEO scope needs to be agreed. Google rankings and enquiry numbers cannot be guaranteed.
